The toolkit includes three activities: understanding, designing, and evaluating. Choose an archetype, discuss the design choices, and translate these into concrete design decisions for your community.The activities can be used separately, but also build on each other as a design process. The activities can be carried out by individual designers, public organizations, or by the community itself.
